well my solo show went pretty good i guess. i'd never stood on stage by myself for an entire concert before so that was kinda strange. took me a while to get used to the acoustic thing and knowing that i was "the boring acoustic guy" for the night. i thank the few people that came to see me. let's see, i might as well thank them by name. thanks to andrea, jennifer, trina, amy, david, brian, and mike. if i forgot anyone one it's becasue you didn't say hi. it felt good to play to an audience. i don't think the rest of the people there came to see me but they seemed pretty into what i was doing. and what was i doing you ask? well i played luxury liners songs, foxymorons songs, and told self-depreciating jokes. i hadn't planned on being the funny guy up there. i thought that stuff was reserved for the luxury liners... but i guess it's a habit now. the david dewese concert formula: play serious rock song then make fun of self.

9. waiting for the sun - i missed the band on this one
